This class is for you if:
You love mixed media but sometimes freeze at “what next?”
You have sprays, pastes, or stamps you want to actually use
You want clear processes without rigid rules
You’re ready to stop overthinking and trust the layers
This class might not be for you if:
You want exact measurements and identical results
You prefer clean and simple card styles only
You don’t enjoy experimenting or layering
A closer look at the cards
In this class, you’ll create three mixed media cards using simple, repeatable techniques that build confidence with every layer. Each project focuses on a different approach to color, texture, and composition so you can take what you learn and use it again and again.
Learn how to build rich backgrounds using ink smushing, water play, and a paint resist technique. We’ll focus on depth, soft texture, and letting layers do the work without overthinking every step.
This card is all about composition and restraint. You’ll learn how to use sprays, subtle stamping, and rub-ons to create visual interest while still leaving room for the design to breathe.
Explore bold spray layering, texture paste, and focal point clusters to create a finished, cohesive design. You’ll learn how to bring multiple elements together without the background feeling too busy.
This class is not about perfect results. It’s about building confidence.
This class is not about perfect results. It’s about building confidence.
Before Mixed Media Foundations, many creatives feel unsure where to start, when to stop, or how to turn their ideas into finished projects. Afterward, you’ll have repeatable processes you can rely on, a better understanding of how layers work together, and the confidence to experiment without fear.
You’ll stop asking “What if I ruin it?” and start asking “What if this works?”

I cannot say enough about Tiffany's mixed media classes. I have been following her for a few years. With the foundations classes I have learned new techniques that I am able to apply to my own projects. The classes also allow me to come away with finished projects. I highly recommend.
This class was informative, imaginative, inspirational, and FUN! The preparation instructions were detailed and carefully explained. I have never crafted during a live class before (too slow!) but was able to do so much here because of the live example, and the reassurance that even a mistake is valuable, and sometimes extraordinary. I came away from it with three amazing cards that made me so happy. It was the quality of the teaching and Tiffany's absolute comfort with the process that layered the learning the way she layers her inks and media, so I think that any class from her would be a wonderful experience.
I love the look of mixed media project, but I’ve always felt intimidated by the projects and process. Tiffany breaks it down so simply, and brings the creative process within reach. I’ve a long way to go in my creative journey, but thanks to Mixed Media Foundations 1 and 2, I have so much more confidence (and satisfaction!) in the process. Thank you, Tiffany! Cant wait for the next class!
