This class is designed to help you move past that blank page, build confidence, and create pages you actually feel good about.
This class is for you if:
• You feel stuck when you open your art journal
• You have supplies but don’t know where to start
• Your pages feel unfinished or “off”
• You want simple techniques that actually work
• You’re ready to create with more confidence (not perfection)
These pages are created using simple, repeatable techniques so you can recreate them in your own style using what you already have.
In this lesson, we’re building our page by starting with stamping, then layering in color, a little heat emboss resist, and some extra details before adding our focal point. We’ll also talk through some simple tips for composition and color as we go.
Start your page with simple collage layers, then build texture, color, and depth in an easy, approachable way. This process takes the pressure off and gives you a clear path from blank page to finished spread.

If there’s one thing I hope you take away from this class, it’s confidence.
Not confidence in doing everything perfectly, but confidence in sitting down, starting, and trusting yourself as you create.
My mission has always been to help you explore your creativity with confidence and to remind you that you don’t have to do things perfectly to make something beautiful. Some of the best pages come from experimenting, making mistakes, and just letting yourself play.
You don’t need more supplies to be creative. You don’t need the exact products I’m using. Your stash is already full of possibilities. What really makes the difference is using what you have, trying new things, and giving yourself the space to figure out what works for you.
It’s also okay if a page doesn’t turn out the way you expected. It’s okay if you don’t finish something. What matters most is that you showed up, you tried, and you gave yourself the opportunity to learn and grow.
Because creativity doesn’t come from watching or waiting for the perfect moment. It comes from doing. From getting your hands inky, testing things out, and discovering what you love along the way.
So as you go through this class, I want you to give yourself permission to play, to experiment, and to enjoy the process.
I’m so glad you’re here.
